iOS Call Directory limits
Why can’t it block every number?
iOS Call Directory has a maximum capacity for entries. Block Area Code is designed around those system limits.
How many area codes can I block?
The app focuses on full area-code blocking. Current builds are intentionally conservative to stay within iOS limits.
Can I also block specific numbers?
Yes. Optional specific-number tools can be enabled in the app’s Info screen.
Do blocked calls still ring?
Call blocking behavior is controlled by iOS, carriers, and phone settings. The app cannot guarantee every unwanted call is blocked.
